Refund policy

At Taniva.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases. Only exchange is allowed within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. If you wish to exchange your product due to size, defect, or wrong item received, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected. No return or refund requests will be entertained.
